Hastelloy C22 plate is made of a special alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature strength. It is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based alloy, mainly containing cobalt, chromium, tungsten, molybdenum and a small amount of aluminum, titanium, nitrogen and other elements. The main elements of Hastelloy C22 plate include cobalt, chromium, tungsten, molybdenum and small amounts of aluminum, titanium and nitrogen. Among them, cobalt element can improve the strength and hardness of the alloy, chromium element has an important impact on the corrosion resistance of the alloy, tungsten and molybdenum can improve the high-temperature strength of the alloy. In addition, the addition of aluminum and titanium elements can help refine the grains and improve the toughness of the alloy, while the addition of nitrogen can improve the strength and corrosion resistance of the alloy. Besides, it has good plasticity and toughness and can be used for cold and hot processing. Hastelloy C22 plate also exhibits excellent oxidation resistance and creep resistance at high temperatures.
