1060 aluminum plate, also known as pure aluminum plate, contains 99.6% aluminum and is a commonly used series in the aluminum plate family. 1060 aluminum plates are widely used in aerospace, transportation and other industrial fields. At the same time, they are often subject to impact loads under high temperature and high pressure conditions in various other complex working environments. The 1060 aluminum alloy is the most commonly used series, the production speed is fast, the production process is simple, the technology is relatively mature, the price has a huge advantage compared with other series of aluminum alloy. 1060 aluminum alloy has good plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity, gas welding, hydrogen welding and contact welding, extensibility and bending. But the strength is low and it is not easy to braze. 1060 aluminum plate is widely used in products that do not require high strength such as signboards, billboards, building exterior decorations, bus bodies, high-rise building and factory wall decorations, kitchen sinks, fan blades, electronic parts, chemical instruments, and thin plate processing parts.
