Product Description
Docol 550LA is a high-strength low-alloy steel that provides properties for modern rapid production methods. It is supplied with S550MC based on EN 10149-2:2010 standard. Docol 550LA HSLA has main alloying elements of carbon, manganese, molybdenum, chromium and nickel. Docol 55 0LA HSLA improves strength while maintaining good toughness, giving it superior performance in withstanding impact and tensile stress. Besides, HSLA steel has lower alloying element content, which is beneficial to the implementation of welding processes. Docol 550LA HSLA steel has a wide range of applications, among which bridge construction is one of the most important applications. Because the steel has high strength, good toughness and wear resistance, it can greatly reduce the structural weight in the construction of bridges and improve the wind resistance and service life of bridges.
