Galvanized H Steel

Galvanized steel H-beam is galvanized on H-shaped steel, so the application range of it is much wider than that of H-shaped steel. It is mainly used in curtain walls, construction, machinery manufacturing, steel structure engineering and other projects. Galvanized steel H-beam is divided into galvanized steel H- beam and hot-dip galvanized steel H-beam. During the manufacturing process, galvanized steel H- beam is formed by crimping and welding galvanized steel strips. After trimming and polishing, it is ready for sale. The appearance of the zinc layer of galvanized H-shaped steel is very smooth, dense, and evenly arranged; it has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance; its zinc consumption is 60% to 75% lower than that of hot-dip galvanizing. It is also known as cold-dip galvanized H-beam. Hot-dip galvanized steel H- beam is expensive because of the complicated construction process. It has the characteristics of high strength, good toughness, good formability and excellent welding performance. In addition, hot-dip galvanized H-shaped steel has strong applicability by causing less damage to the galvanized layer through cold stamping, rolling, drawing, bending and other processing methods.
