Hastelloy B-2 Bar

Hastelloy B2 bar is made of a solid solution strengthened nickel-based special alloy featuring excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature strength. Hastelloy B2 material exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in various temperatures and complex environments, especially in oxidizing environments. The chemical composition of Hastelloy B2 bar mainly includes nickel, chromium, molybdenum and a small amount of iron, tungsten and other elements. The combination of these elements gives the material remarkable corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength. T he nickel element leads to good corrosion resistance, the chromium element enhances the material's corrosion resistance in an oxidizing environment, and the molybdenum element improves the material's corrosion resistance in a reducing environment. T he addition of elements such as iron and tungsten further enhance s the strength and hardness of the material. Hastelloy B2 bar has good processing properties and can be used for hot processing and cold processing.
