Product Description
This standard applies to seamless steel tubes for general structural and mechanical structures. The main production of steel pipe grade includes Gr 10, Gr 20, Gr 35, Gr 45, Q345, 15CrMo, and 12Cr1MoV. GB/T8162 is a standard seamless pipe, suitable for seamless pipes in general structures and mechanical structures. The parts after quenching and tempering of GB/T8162 seamless steel pipe have good comprehensive mechanical properties and are widely used in various important structural parts, especially those connecting rods, bolts, gears and shafts that work under alternating loads. However, the surface hardness is low and not wear-resistant. Quenching and tempering, as well as surface quenching can be used to improve the surface hardness of the parts.
