01Can dimensional tolerances be strictly controlled?

Tolerances are controlled within ±0.02~0.1 mm depending on the specifications. Full-size inspection is performed before shipment, and SGS third-party on-site inspection is supported.
02Can I send samples for testing?

In-stock samples can be shipped within 3 days. Sample fees are refundable once the minimum order quantity is reached for bulk orders. Just let us know the required specifications and we can arrange for testing.
03What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for in-stock products is 50-100 kg; for customized production, the minimum is 500 kg. Small trial orders are acceptable for new customers.
04What is the production and delivery cycle?

In-stock products are shipped in 3-7 days; customized orders take 12-20 working days depending on the quantity. Urgent orders can be expedited.
05What payment methods are accepted?

30% prepayment, balance due before shipment (T/T wire transfer), letter of credit at sight, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance orders are all accepted.
